It's the comparative test of picture image "wide field" with difference of port lens shape
with the same camera.
Because flat lens is affected by refraction, the field angle is narrow and the artificial
spool type aberration comes up.
At the same time the non-point aberration comes up and the peripheral part becomes blur.
the doom lens keeps field angle with specific natural barrel shape aberration of
super wide field lens. Its performance is much the same as the picture image of
super wide field lens on land.
It means the picture image contractionary effect of doom "concave lens" keeps the water
"convex lens" expanding effect under its control.
In other word it acts as a kind of approximating expanded picture image to its condition
in the air.
In addition the discerning of the peripheral part changes according as focus position and
squeeze value of camera.
