We challenged to make it smallest and designed it compact to bring out
the feature of Olympus 9-18mm, the world' s smallest compact wide zoom
lens in this class, exhaustively.
The multi purpose style that master from super wide to close-up macro is

■We value tha fringe image quality on wide. The OPD optical doom lens prevents
to flow the image. In the water as well as on land it keeps 18mm-36mm, 35 format correspondence

■On the tele side we value tha working distance. We designed the whole
length the shortest to the limit. When you shoot, the shortest shoot distance
is 25mm. We keep the working distance 10cm as the shortest distance.
■Inside it is bulkhead style and when you use the built-in strobe, there
isn't the diffraction of light into distance.
■With using the M67 lens adapter arm "tentative name" sold separately
you use the external you can use the external close up lens.
